Holistic Wellness

Spirit Flow Wellness came about as I was getting deeper into my personal health and wellness journey through Yoga, Mamalates and overall lifestyle changes. I was sick and tired of a failed medical system that over prescribed, under estimated, and often over looked the very individual they swore to help. After suffering through a chronic undiagnosed illness for my entire childhood through early adulthood, having to beg and plead for my own children and watching the same occur to my friends and family, I felt compelled to help. Upon completing my Bachelor’s in Alternative & Complementary Health, I layered in the focus points of Holistic Health Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, Herbalism, Fertility and Birth Work, I opened Spirit Flow Wellness to help others on their personal journey.

It is only through helping others see their potential, that we can shift the world to heal.

Birthkeeper

As a birthkeeper I offer birth support for all birthing spaces and birthing styles, including unassisted birth. Additionally, I offer prenatal acupressure touch point, fertility massage, postpartum belly massage, postpartum in-home support, nutritional meal service, placenta encapsulation, belly casting & painting, belly binding and other postpartum products through Mama Warrior Box. Physical healing includes pre-natal yoga and Mamalates for postpartum healing and diastasis recti repair.

Spirit Flow Wellness encompasses all aspects of holistic wellness as a Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist and Holistic Health Coach with a focus on women and families. Last Saturday of the month I offer a 15 minute free herbal clinic.
