Your subconscious

This is beyond just eating healthy, being supportive, etc. I want you to really take a moment to notice and explore the emotional ties that are connected to the pain or ailments you are feeling right now.
Here is quick exercise that gives you a good picture of what is programmed in your subconscious:
1. Close your eyes and truly go within. This can take as little as 1 min. of deep breathing.
2. Imagine your health.
3. What physical issues or limitations are you experiencing?
4. What emotions or thoughts are surfacing up about this limitation or pain?
If you've identified negative memories, thoughts, or emotions coming up, have you considered what are the benefits of holding on to these things?
Perhaps you may need Hypnosis.
